Thundertrax
This incredible monster machine started life as an armoured personnel carrier until it was no longer required by the armed forces.
Scott found it rusting in a scrap yard and saw the potential for it in the stunt show. He bought the rusting hulk and transported it down to his workshop for its magical transformation.
Several tons of metal forming the superstructure had to be removed, the remainder was cleaned of rust and then Scott and his team set about turning it into an amazing stunt vehicle.
Over the winter months, while the show was off the road, the Chevy pick-up truck body was cut to size, welded and remodelled to fit. The interior was made to create the drivers position with seating and controls, the body was sprayed and sign written, the tracks were cleaned, painted and oiled.
A protective roll-cage, safety harness and remote kill switch were fitted. The lights and chrome-work were added and now you see the finished vehicle in all its spendour.
