Show Information

Scott May and his dad, Mike May, formed their first stunt show in 1991 performing five shows at Penzance Cricket Club to raise money for local charities. Huge numbers of delighted people attended which also gave a boost to the takings in the Clubhouse.

Enjoying the success of their efforts, Scott and Mike decided to do more shows each year. By 1995 they had set up their first full summer tour in the westcountry tourist resorts including spectacular firework displays with the stunt shows.

Taking things slowly and carefully, and learning from their mistakes, they gradually built up the business year by year.

In 2001 they had the opportunity to buy their first Monster Truck , " The Bandit ", and a " Human Cannon Ball " and take the growth of the show even further ahead. Each extra piece of equipment needed more transport to move it all around from venue to venue which meant buying more lorries.

Scott travelled to America in 2002 to buy " The Kodiak " Monster Truck and arranged to have it shipped back to the UK. This same year saw the show embark on its first National Tour.

By 2004 they bought another Monster Truck, " Slaine ", which was already well known as " The Hillbilly Truck " by people who watch Sky TV. They also set about building " ThunderTrax " from an old armoured personnel carrier and parts from the Kodiak Monster Truck.

2005 saw the introduction of the Flip-Mini, built by Scott and Mike in their busy workshop, and initial plans for the conversion of a Ford Louisville truck into yet another fantastic stunt vehicle.

In 2006 we were able to start offering rides in The Slaine Monster Truck and have spent the winter months working on the Louisville which is almost ready for inclusion in our 2008 Tour.

2007 was a tough year because of the severe weather conditions we experienced. However, we still had quite a few shows with great attendances and we thank you for continuing to support us.
