Scott's Team

Much of the success of Scott May's Daredevil Stunt Show is due to the strength of his team.

The shows stunt performers have worked with Scott for many years, their experience ensures you will always see a slick professional show. Only when the touring season finishes will these performers consider accepting any other stunt work for TV or film.

Mike May - Stunt Co-ordinator

Seen here preparing the next stunt, Mike May is the only member of the team to be involved in every single stunt. Scott's father and stunt co-ordinator takes on the responsability of overseeing each stunt from setup to its execution. No stunt can go ahead without the OK from Mike and only when he is sure it is safe to do so.

At Scott's workshop Mike's input into designing and building vehicles and props is crucial. From building Scott's first ramp to co-ordinating his last jump, Mike is always by Scott's side and, in the safest possible way, has been setting people on fire for over 17 years.

Ian S Davidson

After joining the show in the summer of 2003 as part of the advertising team, Ian's keen interest in stunts

helped him become a member of the stunt team from the start of the 2004 season. In the winter of 2005 he learned the skill of Two Wheel Driving and other precision driving stunts with help and training from Scott May and Graeme Forder.

Unlike most stunt drivers Ian took to two wheel driving like a duck to water. Ian is now highly accomplished and a speacialist on grass, a surface most two wheel drivers would not attempt to tackle.

He is now considered, one of the most skilled Two Wheel Drivers in the world.

Harry Love AKA Gareth Routledge

Young trial riding champion Harry Love originally joined the show part time at the age of 16.

He remained focussed on his successful trials career for a couple of years and at 18 became a full time member of the team. With his trials riding skills still going from strength to strength, Harry also performs the seemingly impossible with the Honda Pilot Buggy, and new for the 2007 season, a 400cc Honda racing quad, using both of these all terrain vehicles to perform jumps, wheelies, and two wheel driving.

Harry is now looking to add yet more skills to his CV and will be a big name in the stunt business for many years to come.

Emily Carnage

Emily Carnage is currently one of the hardest working stunt women in the UK.

Specialising in fire stunts, Emily performs the human torch (being set on fire) and fire drag (pulled through an avenue of fire whilst tied by her ankles to the back of a car). Also new in 2007, Emily became Europes only female human cannonball.

When not on tour with the show, Emily performs stunts for many TV shows and personally trained Emma Parker Bowles to perform the human torch stunt featured in the Sky TV program 'Vroom Vroom'.

Tony Nicholls

Full sized view

Tony Nicholls comes from a successful motorsport background, his complete lack of fear stems from a couple of horrific crashes during his racing days. The seemingly unbreakable 'crashman' now crashes for a living. Day after day Tony rolls cars for your enjoyment and suffers no greater injury than the odd minor bruise.

Tony is still very competitive and often takes on Ryan George in a competition to see who can roll their cars the most times. Some say insane, we say insanely dedicated.

Tamas Hagyo

Tamas may be new to the team in 2008, but he is certainly not new to the world of death defying stunts.

Hungary's leading stunt performer brings a new level of crazy car smashes to Scott May's Daredevil Stunt Show. He is also a highly accomplished motorcycle jumper and two wheel driver.

B'Dass Raff

Fire should be B'Dass Raff's middle name. Like Top Gear's 'The Stig' not much is known about the man behind the crash helmet, when asked his nationality he replys "European" due his years of travelling and performing all over the continent. B'Dass speaks little english, his favoured words seem to be BIGGER, FASTER, HOTTER and MORE.....

B'Dass Raff performs many fire stunts including the motorcycle firewall smash, exploding coffin, firewall run and has been the driver of Thundertrax since 2006.

Sumpy The Clown

The pesky Sumpy The Clown adds a comedy element to the show, always trying to get involved, he thinks he can perform motorcycle jumps like Scott May, roll cars like Tony Nicholls and even drive monster trucks like Graeme Forder. He was so much trouble that Scott built miniature stunt vehicles especially for him, including a mini motorcycle, mini roll over car and a mini monster truck.

However, there is still no end to Sumpy's mischief, you never know where he may pop up, what he might break and he often needs to be punished.
